The tower itself is unchanged. What has changed sits at the other end of an indoor walkway and across two glass pedestrian bridges: a 240,000-square-foot retail block that opened its final anchors, an immersive digital museum halfway through its first international headline exhibit, and a two-Michelin-starred dining room that put Aria on a shortlist it was never on before.
For a resident, the news is not that these things exist. It is that they now exist within a walk that never touches Las Vegas Boulevard.
The bridge network is the amenity nobody prices in
Vdara's floor plans get sold on horizontal windows and the Bellagio-fountain sightline. The feature that actually shapes a resident's week is the pedestrian infrastructure. Indoor walkways link Vdara into Aria, and a direct walkway runs into Bellagio from the same axis, which means the resort's fountains and Conservatory are reachable in slippers. What most owners underuse is the second layer of that network, the three enclosed pedestrian bridges that fan out of 63 CityCenter and pull in foot traffic from both sides of the Boulevard.
63 CityCenter itself is the four-story, high-design building on the southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon, wedged between The Shops at Crystals and The Cosmopolitan, with 250 feet of frontage on the Strip. From a Vdara resident's perspective it is not a shopping center. It is a pivot point that connects your building to almost everything worth walking to.
What actually opened at 63 CityCenter
The tenant mix is now largely in place, and it is not the tenant mix locals expected when the building was announced. Rather than a lineup of legacy luxury boutiques, it filled with experiential anchors and one very large restaurant.
- Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar and the Ocean Prime flagship, a $20 million build from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants with valet directly beneath the building.
- ARTE MUSEUM, a 30,000-square-foot immersive digital art venue from the Korean design house d'strict, spread across two floors on Suite 208. This is d'strict's first U.S. location, joining a network that includes Dubai, Hong Kong, and Seoul. Signature environments include the Beach, Wave, Forest, and Sunset rooms.

The interesting number here is not the square footage of any single tenant. It is that 63 CityCenter sits on a corner rated by its own leasing group as capturing foot traffic from 30.1 million annual Strip visitors. Vdara residents get the same street-level access those visitors do, without ever paying for parking or a rideshare.
The Aria bridge is where the biggest 2026 change lives
Cross the enclosed bridge from Vdara into Aria and you land in a resort whose dining roster reset in a way that matters for residents who eat locally more nights than they travel. In early December 2025, Aria opened Gymkhana, the first U.S. location of the London Mayfair restaurant that earned its first Michelin star in 2014 and its second in 2024. It is the first Indian restaurant inside any Strip casino resort.
The Vegas room is a 175-seat build from UK-based North End Studio, with the signature green doors, Rajasthani cut-glass chandeliers, and a 42 Bar section inside the main dining room. Executive chef Srikant Kumar runs the kitchen under co-founder Karam Sethi. A handful of dishes are exclusive to Las Vegas, most notably a goan lobster curry with coconut milk, coriander, and red chili. For the first time in the group's history, the menu also includes beef, in the form of wagyu keema naan and a beef short rib pepper fry.
The practical resident detail: opening-month reservations were booked through mid-January before a single celebrity photo hit Instagram, and new inventory has been released in tranches through the ARIA Concierge line at 702-590-9520 and through SevenRooms. Residents who live upstairs from the walkway have a routing advantage over anyone driving in, which is worth using on a Thursday when a walk-in bar seat opens up.
Gymkhana is not the only Aria change worth walking to. Carbone Riviera opened in 2025 overlooking the Bellagio lagoon, and Union Restaurant and Lounge, part of Aria's original CityCenter-era lineup from December 2009, has been slated for a Mexican concept from Javier's ownership. Two of the three restaurants a Vdara resident thought they knew have been replaced.

The ARTE Museum's summer 2026 tell
The value of a museum you can walk to at ten at night depends on whether the programming actually changes. ARTE Museum's answer arrived in May, when the Las Vegas location debuted ARTE MUSEUM X BTS THE CITY ARIRANG, a collaboration with the group's fifth studio album that ran from May 20 through June 17, 2026, timed one week before the BTS World Tour dates of May 23 through May 28 and extending two weeks past the concerts. The museum's GARDEN zone was retitled ARIRANG GARDEN for the run and paired five media art pieces with tracks from the album.
The exhibit is over. The signal is not. What ARIRANG proved is that the venue books limited-run programming tied to Strip event weekends, which is the pattern residents should assume will repeat around Grand Prix week in November and around any Sphere residency that draws a global fan base. Hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., last admission 9 p.m., seven days a week, which is the schedule of a room that plans to be a regular stop rather than a one-time attraction. Nevada residents get a locals rate with valid ID and receipt.
A ninety-minute summer evening, mapped
Assume it is a Thursday in August, 102 degrees outside at 7 p.m., and you would rather not touch a car. Leave your unit at 7:15. Take the internal walkway from Vdara into Aria and continue to Crystals. Cross into 63 CityCenter through the ground-floor entry. If your reservation is at Ocean Prime you are already there. If it is at Gymkhana you reverse the last two steps and enter Aria on the way in. After dinner, walk back into 63 CityCenter and take the elevator to the second floor for ARTE Museum's last admission at nine. You have moved through three properties, eaten a Michelin-starred meal, and seen a digital art room, and you have not been outside once.
That routing is the argument. Vdara is a non-gaming, smoke-free tower with 1,495 suites at 2600 W Harmon Ave, which historically got sold on quiet and views. What it is now, quietly, is the residential address with the shortest indoor walk to a genuinely reset CityCenter and Aria campus. That is a lifestyle change most owners have not yet noticed they own.

Watch ARTE Museum's exhibition schedule the week Formula 1 returns to the Harmon corner in November.
